Create a dataframe with the RMSD of all the possible pairs of measurements. This is useful to plot a tree grouping the closests measurements. This tool allow an easy visualization of measurements far away to other from the same turtle, which can be errors in the identification or in the measurements.
This package is very helpful to identify specimens of turtles with any marking, avoiding injuries or external identification devices on turtles. This is also helpful to detect identification errors in databases
Test some data of known turtles previously processed with turtle.idturtle to detect errors in the identification. For example, if some marking system is bad readed.
