Usage

f.enrFiles(cnvGSA.in, cnvGSA.out)

Arguments

`cnvGSA.in`	A CnvGSAInput S4 object.
`cnvGSA.out`	A CnvGSAOutput S4 object.

Value

Returns a list with the data frames of the GMT file and the generic file.
