Sum of `ff` vector Elements

sum returns the sum of all the values present in its arguments.

## S3 method for class 'ff'
sum(x, ..., na.rm = FALSE, range = NULL)

`x`	a `ff` object
`...`	optional other (`ff`) objects
`na.rm`	should `NA` be removed?
`range`	a `ri` or an `integer` vector of `length==2` giving a range restriction for chunked processing
