Description
Function to check if object is a MRexperiment
class or matrix
Usage
returnAppropriateObj(obj, norm, log, sl = 1000)
Arguments
obj |
a MRexperiment or matrix object

norm |
return a normalized MRexperiment matrix
|
log |
return a log transformed MRexperiment matrix
|
sl |
scaling value
