Equation of the PMF for the METE individual metabolic rate distribution
Description
metePsi is a low level function to calculate the value of
Ψ(e | N_0, S_0, E_0) (the distribution of metabolic rates/power across all individuals in a commmunity) at the given value of e; vectorized in e.
Usage
metePsi(e, la1, la2, Z, S0, N0, E0)

Details
Typically only used in ipd.meteESF and not called by the user.
