rpar objects contain the relevant information about
estimated random parameters. The homonymous function extract on
rpar object from a mlogit object.
Usage
rpar(x, par = NULL, norm = NULL, ...)
Arguments
x
a mlogit object,
par
the name or the index of the parameters to be extracted ;
if NULL, all the parameters are selected,
norm
the coefficient used for normalization if any,
...
further arguments.
Details
mlogit objects contain an element called rpar which contain a list
of rpar objects, one for each estimated random parameter. The
print method prints the name of the distribution and the
parameter, the summary behave like the one for numeric vectors.
Value
a rpar object, which contain :
dist
the name of the distribution,
mean
the first parameter of the distribution,
sigma
the second parameter of the distribution,
name
the name of the parameter,
