plotFreq

Description

Plots nucleotide frequency generated by ntfreq

Usage

plotFreq(freqvector, percentage = TRUE)

Arguments

freqvector

data.frame object generated by ntfreq

percentage

Logical value to represent y-axis as percentage or frequency.
