Title: Compositional Data Analysis
Author: K. Gerald van den Boogaart <boogaart@hzdr.de>,
Raimon Tolosana, Matevz Bren
Maintainer: K. Gerald van den Boogaart <support@boogaart.de>
Depends: R (>= 2.2.0), tensorA, robustbase, energy, bayesm

Description: The package provides functions for the consistent analysis of
compositional data (e.g. portions of substances) and positive numbers
(e.g. concentrations) in the way proposed by Aitchison and Pawlowsky-Glahn.

bayesMCClust : Mixtures-of-Experts Markov Chain Clustering and Dirichlet Multinomial Clustering

Package: bayesMCClust
Type: Package
Title: Mixtures-of-Experts Markov Chain Clustering and Dirichlet
Multinomial Clustering
Version: 1.0
Date: 2012-01-26
Author: Christoph Pamminger <christoph.pamminger@gmail.com>
Maintainer: Christoph Pamminger <christoph.pamminger@gmail.com>
Description: This package provides various Markov Chain Monte Carlo
(MCMC) sampler for model-based clustering of discrete-valued
time series obtained by observing a categorical variable with
several states (in a Bayesian approach). In order to analyze
group membership, we provide also an extension to the
approaches by formulating a probabilistic model for the latent
group indicators within the Bayesian classification rule using
a multinomial logit model.
Depends: R (>= 2.14.1), gplots, xtable, grDevices, mnormt, MASS,
bayesm, boa, e1071, gtools
Suggests: nnet

ocomposition : Regression for Rank-Indexed Compositional Data

Package: ocomposition
Type: Package
Title: Regression for Rank-Indexed Compositional Data
Version: 1.1
Date: 2015-08-08
Author: Arturas Rozenas, New York University
Maintainer: Arturas Rozenas <ar199@nyu.edu>
Description: Regression model where the response variable is a rank-indexed compositional vector (non-negative values that sum up to one and are ordered from the largest to the smallest). Parameters are estimated in the Bayesian framework using MCMC methods.
License: GPL (>= 2)
Depends: R (>= 3.2.1), coda, bayesm

siar : Stable Isotope Analysis in R

Package: siar
Type: Package
Title: Stable Isotope Analysis in R
Version: 4.2
Date: 2013-4-23
Depends: hdrcde, coda, MASS, bayesm, mnormt, spatstat
Author: Andrew Parnell and Andrew Jackson
Maintainer: Andrew Parnell <Andrew.Parnell@ucd.ie>
Description: This package takes data on organism isotopes and fits a
Bayesian model to their dietary habits based upon a Gaussian
likelihood with a mixture dirichlet-distributed prior on the
mean. It also includes SiBER metrics. See siardemo() for an
example. Version 4.1.2 contains bug fixes to allow more than
isotope numbers other than 2. Version 4.2 fixes a bug that
stopped siar working on 64-bit systems
License: GPL (>= 2)
